MemoryPilot Pro terms.

These terms apply to the direct-download MemoryPilot Pro edition sold by Make a Left.

License

A $29 purchase grants one person a revocable, non-transferable license to install and use the current major version of MemoryPilot Pro on up to two Macs. The software is licensed, not sold. You may deactivate one Mac and activate another through the app. You may not redistribute the app or license key, resell access, bypass activation, reverse engineer licensing controls except where law permits, or use the software to access systems without authorization.

Trial and monitoring fallback

MemoryPilot Pro may offer a limited trial and an offline validation grace period. When a license is missing, expired, refunded, disputed, or cannot be validated beyond that grace period, Pro-only actions are disabled while available monitoring features remain usable.

Payments and refunds

Stripe Managed Payments processes checkout, tax, receipts, and refunds as merchant of record. Prices and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Refunds may take several business days to appear. A refund, chargeback, or payment dispute disables the associated license.

Safe use

MemoryPilot can inspect performance, terminate selected processes, move eligible cache files to Trash, configure optional automation, and operate authorized remote Macs. Review proposed actions, maintain backups, and use automation only on systems you own or administer. Trash remains recoverable only until emptied. MemoryPilot does not bypass macOS permissions such as Full Disk Access.

Updates and availability

This purchase covers the current major version. Security and maintenance updates may be provided, but uninterrupted service and compatibility with every macOS or third-party tool are not guaranteed. Material future upgrades may require a separate purchase.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Make a Left is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Total liability arising from the software is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
